About

Headtorch creates dramatic learning to help people feel good and be more productive at work.  We are dedicated to ensuring respect, fairness and excellent colleague engagement. We all have a responsibility to take care of each other at work, to nurture talent and to support our colleagues.  This is because we know that it’s the right thing to do.  Simultaneously, by creating a mentally healthy workplace, it makes good business sense.

Amy

No matter how large or small we may think our contribution is, what and how we interact with our colleagues makes an impact. Will it be positive? Only you can decide. Your impact can make the difference and help to maintain a mentally healthy workplace.

When we consider different perspectives we can help people to feel good about themselves, their work and the people around them and that creates better results for business as a whole.
