“One in six people in the UK have a disability – why are those numbers not reflected in our workforces?  Progress in tackling this has been limited.

This event brings together leading thinkers and experts to explore the key issues and challenges facing employers in relation to attracting, recruiting, retaining and developing those with disabilities in the workplace. This conference provides an opportunity to share best practice on a range of disability related issues including mental health, autism and reasonable adjustments.   Delegates can discuss their challenges and learn about other organisations and their industry’s approaches.” enei

Amy’s presentation : Mental Health at Work – the miracle has happened will focus on how we create a supportive culture that promotes a mentally healthy workplace.

The event will take place on 20th September 2017, at the DWF offices in Manchester.  Disability – the New Ability is cost-free and booking is required.
