Stressed? I’m not stressed

We’re delighted to share yet another fabulous performance from Angie Strachan – performance poet extraordinaire!

“This poem is for anyone who is having one of those days.  One of those days when loads of little unexpected challenges happen and they interrupt the working day.  One of those frustrating days that contribute to your stress levels.  One of those days when you feel that you need to breathe and count to one hundred because counting to ten would just not be enough time to calm down.  If you are having one of those days then take a breath, recognise that it is one of those days and look after yourself.”  Angie
