Martin and Ten for Zen are experts in delivering authentic and life changing mindfulness courses.  They have hosted sessions to thousands of people in the private and public sectors.

In addition to being a mindfulness expert, Martin is a family business specialist, artist and poet.

Mindfulness can calm our minds.  This allows us to see more clearly what brings us happiness and what can cause us suffering.  With this awareness, we can make positive choices in everyday life.
