“[What are the] biggest challenges in relation to staff working remotely?”

In a  recent People Management and CIPD survey …

“70 per cent cited ensuring employees’ physical and mental well-being.”

There’s never been a more important time to support your people.

They could be:

+  feeling isolated, anxious, down

+  working from home for the first time

+  overwhelmed with the media coverage

From a productivity point of view, the support that organisations give to people’s mental health and well-being, will have a massive impact both now and when staff return to their place of work.

This is a chance for your organisation to  demonstrate how you care for your people.

Headtorch@Home is a live online programme designed especially to support workplace mental health and well-being whilst home-working.

The programme is made up of a series of 10 live interactive online sessions.  Each session aims to build confidence, knowledge and inner strength toward effective home-working.

The programme will be tailored to fit your organisation’s needs.

It will include small group discussions, challenges, games, time for reflection, knowledge-sharing, guest speakers and interaction with a fictional colleague, brought to life to strengthen and embed the learning.

Headtorch is offering a number free events to organisations – get in touch, to find out how we can help.

I saw a deer today
I went for a run this morning, I’m in Glasgow.  I came out of some woods and into a clearing and there it was, a deer – still, alert, beautiful.  We had a moment together, me in awe, both curious.  I found myself smiling, peaceful, feeling lucky that this wild creature and I had the chance […]
