Headtorch are experts in proactive solutions for mental health at work.

We work with a wide variety of organisations: from blue chip companies to SME’s; public sector to emergency services.

A foundation of everything we do is that everybody has mental health – it can be good, average, poor, or whatever it is.

Like our physical health, our mental health changes – and that is normal.

Headtorch solutions are evidenced based, with academic collaboration and validation with the Department of Psychology at The University of Glasgow.

We have a number of solutions:

Headtorch XI – strategy session for senior leaders and influencers, covering the business, legal and ethical cases for taking action on mental health at work

Headtorch AWARE – a practical learning and development session for line managers to become confident in mental health at work

Headtorch WORKS – a blended learning package combining dramatic on-line content with face to face discussion groups, developed in collaboration with the Psychology Department at The University of Glasgow

Headtorch ON – On-going learning & development on mental health at work.  Keep positive and proactive action at the top of the agenda

The Cynthia Show – where it all started, a forum based theatre training event on mental health at work

Work’s Mental – A twice yearly conference run by Headtorch with the Department of Psychology at the University of Glasgow
