We work with a wide variety of organisations: from blue chip companies to SME’s; public sector to emergency services.
A foundation of everything we do is that everybody has mental health – it can be good, average, poor, or whatever it is.
Like our physical health, our mental health changes – and that is normal.
Headtorch solutions are evidenced based, with academic collaboration and validation with the Department of Psychology at The University of Glasgow.
Client results also demonstrate that what we do, works.
We have a number of solutions:
Headtorch XI – strategy session for senior leaders and influencers, covering the business, legal and ethical cases for taking action on mental health at work
Headtorch AWARE – a practical learning and development session for line managers to become confident in mental health at work
Headtorch WORKS – a blended learning package combining dramatic on-line content with face to face discussion groups, developed in collaboration with the Psychology Department at The University of Glasgow
Headtorch ON – On-going learning & development on mental health at work. Keep positive and proactive action at the top of the agenda
The Cynthia Show – where it all started, a forum based theatre training event on mental health at work
Work’s Mental – A twice yearly conference run by Headtorch with the Department of Psychology at the University of Glasgow
We are always happy to answer your questions.
