HeadSkills is a live online programme designed to increase the awareness of mental health and wellbeing, especially during the Covid pandemic.

These are run as webinars or interactive workshops and between 30 to 60 minutes long.

Designed to help you look after yourself and your colleagues.

The programme is made up of a series of 10 live interactive online sessions.  Each session aims to build confidence, knowledge and inner strength.

The programme can be tailored to fit your organisation’s needs.
