Jane Wheeler – Partner at Keystone Law

Jane is an employment law expert with a special interest in workplace mental health.

Jane advises senior individuals – many of whom are experiencing difficulties with mental health, as a result of workplace issues.

She also advises and offers training to employers who are looking to implement wellbeing strategies at work or who are seeking advice on how to handle tricky issues with staff mental health and disability.

Oriane Georgeac – Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Yale School of Management

Professor Georgeac is interested in how people respond to organizations’ messages about diversity.

Her research offers novel insights into how organizations’ efforts to support diversity may paradoxically prevent them from advancing toward their diversity goals.

Her work has also won multiple awards, and has been covered by a variety of media outlets, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, The Economist, The Telegraph, and The Hill.
