Wellbeing Hour

Inspiration for Leaders, HR, L&D & Wellbeing Professionals

The Wellbeing Hour, a series of free monthly events where we interview different guest speakers.

If you’re responsible for the wellbeing of colleagues or have an interest in workplace mental health, join us for The Wellbeing Hour.

Gain insights to best practice in the world of workplace mental health and wellbeing, whether it’s how to:

  • design and implement company wide wellbeing programmes
  • develop coping mechanisms
  • gain personal insights and inspiration

Our guests come from wide and varied backgrounds, they’re experts in their fields.  They are people:

  • who’ve implemented wellbeing programmes across companies
  • with lived experience who have turned it to their advantage
  • who know and understand why positive wellbeing produces results
  • who invest in it because it matters

The Wellbeing Hour is always thought provoking, inspiring and practical.

“A tonne of best practice from people who are at the sharp end.”
