IOSH West of Scotland Community Leading with a Wellbeing Lens

26 March 2026, 13:00–15:30 Kings Park Hotel 250 Mill Street, Rutherglen Glasgow G73 2LX

Join us with IOSH West of Scotland Community for an engaging and practical in-person session exploring what it truly means to lead with a wellbeing lens. This event will help you understand why wellbeing-centred leadership matters, the impact it can have, and where your organisation currently sits on this journey.

We will look at how senior leaders can embed wellbeing into organisational culture and strategy, creating environments where people feel psychologically safe, supported and able to thrive.

Topics include:

  • Leadership styles
  • Psychological safety
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Listening at a different level

This is an in-person event intended for those based in Glasgow. Please only register if you are able to travel to the venue.

The event is open to members and non-members and aims to expand your knowledge to enhance your professional journey. It will cover IOSH competencies in Employee Welfare (Technical) and Empathy (Behavioural) at Innovate and Lead Level.

As the event is offered free of charge with limited spaces, attendees are asked to contact the organisers at IOSH if unable to attend so their spot can be offered to someone on the waitlist.
