Headtorch invites leaders to explore what it really means to lead with wellbeing at the heart of decision making. This practical, in person session in Harwell Campus in Didcot, moves beyond theory to examine how leadership shows up day to day, and why wellbeing is now critical to performance and culture. We will explore psychological safety, leadership styles, emotional intelligence and deeper listening, alongside how to embed a wellbeing lens into culture and strategy. You will also assess where your organisation truly is on its wellbeing journey, not where you hope it is.
