Jitinder believes in the power of people and their minds.  She understands that creating the right environment leads to better results.

In addition to being CEO, she is a qualified coach and understands the importance of colleagues developing the skills and resilience to meet the challenges that the workplace can throw up.

Jitinder is an advocate for openness around mental health, encouraging staff to talk about issues that affect their mental states.

” Our monthly team meetings are times when we come together to talk about issues that impact our ability to give 100%.  We believe that this open attitude helps a more balanced appreciation of good mental health in the workplace”.

Headtorch’s 1st Thursday events are run on the 1st Thursday of each month!  We ask a Key Opinion Leader workplace mental health and wellbeing to share their wisdom.  After hearing from them, they pose everyone a question.  In break-out rooms we’ll have the chance to network and discuss the question before sharing thoughts and ideas with the wider group.

These events are interactive, stimulating, fun – don’t miss out!
