Stephen has a wealth of knowledge in applying wellbeing & mental health initiatives in the workplace.

He understands how this works and its impact on performance.

As a Divisional Commander in Police Scotland he made Wellbeing core to turn round a poor performing division.

With a background in psychology and 30 years in the police, he moved through the ranks from a young police officer at the Lockerbie disaster to being an experienced hostage crisis negotiator and leading a division.

Currently he’s Chair at Lifelink, Trustee at The Samaritans, NHS Board Member & Senior Advisor at Headtorch.

Don’t miss this one, it’s a fascinating story – 10 March 1pm – 2pm.
