HeadSkills – Support Staff in the Covid Pandemic

The HeadSkills programme is for staff who might be struggling with the covid pandemic.  Whether working from home or the workplace, this covers subjects including:

  • Mental Wheel of Fortune
  • Looking after your body
  • Financial wellbeing
  • Navigating the changing workplace

This programme gives staff practical tips and tools to help them look after themselves.  It also gives them the tools to be more aware and empathetic of their colleagues.
